- Integration with Timeclock and PTO system
  
  The payroll system seamlessly integrates with the Timeclock and PTO system. Upon opening a payroll, the hours of all employees are automatically filled in based upon their web-based timeclock punches. The PTO hours are automatically filled in as well for all leave requests approved by an adminstrator.

Digital signature capability to reduce paper waste
- Digital Signatures allow an employee to digitally sign a document. While it reduces the amount of paper work to be maintained, it also allows digitally signed documents to be organized and quickly accessible when desired.

- A performance review can be performed on an employee as many times as desired.
Direct deposits
- A flat amount or a percentage of income can be set for direct deposit, along with features to have an employee digitally sign the direct deposit form.

Built-in full-featured time clock
- Employee
  
  Efficenter comes equipped with a full featured web-based timeclock and PTO system. Employees have the ability to clock in and clock out from their efficenter accounts. They also have the ability to view detailed reports of their present or past clock-in / clock out activity and request change if desired. An employee can also request a leave by filling out a simple Leave Request form. A calendar view is also provided to help an employee keep track of leave requests for a particular month.
- Administrators
  
  An administrator is provided with various options to manage the web-based timeclock. An administrator has the ability to approve a computer to be a timeclock, with just one click. Once a computer has been approved, it can be used by employees to clock-in and clock-out. An administrator can also turn on jobcosting, setup time zones, edit time-punches, print timecards and more. An administrator can also approve or decline leave requests submitted by an employee. A calendar view of leave requests helps an adminstrator find out how many employees have requested day off in a particular month.
