New York Requires Electronic Postings

In addition to physically posting employee-rights posters in the workplace, New York now requires employers to provide electronic notice of these posters, which can be satisfied by making the posters available on the employer’s website or emailing the posters to employees. This expansion of the workplace posting law is effective immediately.
